Shipping Policy — The Bright Cub (US Customers)

At The Bright Cub, we proudly serve customers across the United States by partnering with trusted international suppliers and logistics providers. Most products are shipped directly from our overseas fulfillment partners, including warehouses and manufacturers located in China and other global distribution centers.

By placing an order on our website, you agree to the terms outlined below.


1. Order Processing Time

All orders are processed within 1–5 business days after successful payment verification.

Processing includes:

  • Product quality inspection
  • Packaging
  • Export documentation
  • Shipment coordination with logistics partners

Orders are not processed on weekends or public holidays.

During high-demand periods, launches, holidays, or promotional events, processing times may be extended.


2. Shipping Locations

3. International Fulfillment & Delivery

Many of our products are fulfilled directly from international suppliers and warehouses, primarily located in China.

4. Customs, Duties & Import Taxes

For orders shipped internationally to the United States:

  • Customers may be responsible for customs duties, import taxes, tariffs, or handling fees imposed by local authorities.
  • These charges are determined by U.S. customs regulations and are outside The Bright Cub’s control.
  • The Bright Cub is not responsible for delays caused by customs clearance procedures.

If a shipment is refused due to unpaid customs fees:

  • Original shipping charges are non-refundable.
  • Additional return or disposal charges may be deducted from any eligible refund.


5. Shipping Carriers

We may use multiple global and domestic logistics partners, including but not limited to:

  • YunExpress
  • 4PX
  • USPS
  • UPS
  • FedEx
  • DHL
  • Yanwen
  • Local last-mile delivery partners

Carrier selection depends on:

  • Destination
  • Product category
  • Warehouse availability
  • Shipping speed selected at checkout


6. Tracking Information

Tracking information is typically provided within 3–7 business days after shipment dispatch.

Please note:

  • Tracking updates may take time to appear while the package is in international transit.
  • Some economy shipping methods may provide limited tracking visibility.

Customers are responsible for monitoring shipment progress using the provided tracking number.


7. Split Shipments

Orders containing multiple items may arrive in separate packages due to:

  • Different warehouse locations
  • Inventory availability
  • Packaging limitations
  • Supplier fulfillment logistics

Customers will not be charged additional shipping fees for split shipments unless explicitly stated during checkout.


8. Incorrect Address Information

Customers are solely responsible for providing accurate shipping information.

If incorrect or incomplete shipping details are provided:

  • Delivery delays may occur.
  • Packages may be returned, lost, or destroyed by the carrier.
  • Reshipping fees may apply.

The Bright Cub is not liable for losses resulting from inaccurate address submissions.


9. Lost, Delayed, or Stolen Packages

Once an order has been transferred to the shipping carrier:

  • Delivery responsibility shifts to the logistics provider.
  • The Bright Cub is not liable for:
    • Delayed deliveries
    • Lost packages caused by carriers
    • Theft after successful delivery confirmation
    • Incorrect delivery by third-party couriers

However, we will make reasonable efforts to assist customers in filing carrier claims where applicable.


10. Delivery Delays Beyond Our Control

We are not responsible for shipping delays caused by events outside our reasonable control, including but not limited to:

  • Customs processing delays
  • International trade restrictions
  • Weather disruptions
  • Natural disasters
  • Labor strikes
  • Public health emergencies
  • Transportation disruptions
  • Political instability
  • Carrier system failures

Such delays do not qualify for automatic refunds or cancellations.


11. Shipping Restrictions

Certain products may not be eligible for shipment to specific U.S. states or regions due to:

  • Regulatory restrictions
  • Carrier limitations
  • Supplier policies

The Bright Cub reserves the right to cancel restricted orders and issue refunds where necessary.


12. Order Cancellation After Shipment

Once an order has entered production or has been shipped:

  • Cancellation requests cannot be guaranteed.
  • Customers may need to follow the Return & Refund Policy after delivery if applicable.


13. Fraud Prevention & Verification

To protect customers and prevent fraudulent transactions, The Bright Cub reserves the right to:

  • Request identity verification
  • Hold or cancel suspicious orders
  • Limit quantities
  • Refuse high-risk transactions


14. Limitation of Liability

The Bright Cub’s maximum liability for any shipping-related claim shall not exceed the purchase price of the affected product.

We are not liable for:

  • Indirect damages
  • Consequential losses
  • Missed delivery expectations
  • Carrier-related service failures
